Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State has requested federal agriculture, healthcare, and security assistance.

After meeting with President Bola Tinubu on Tuesday, Mr. Sani told State House correspondents in Abuja that federal government agencies must work together to address state security issues.

I came here to talk to Mr. President, who supports our Kaduna efforts. I’m following up on what he’s been doing for us, and I came today to remind him of other things.

The governor also praised the president for supporting the state, calling the meeting “successful.”

“Our president takes Kaduna seriously and helps us in areas we cannot handle alone. He led and guided us, he said.

Mr. Sani said security requires more troops in Birnin Gwari, Giwa, Zangon Kataf, Kaura, and Southern Kaduna.

The military considers Kaduna a state in need of serious security support.

As you know, security is related to the federal government, especially when it comes to service chiefs, police, and the DSS, so the military considered Kaduna one of the most important states that needed serious security support and intervention.”
