According to Emeka Akumefule, better known by his stage name Blaqbonez, there is no “real love” in Lagos State.
The statement was made by the ‘Sex Above Love’ during a recent interview with well-known podcaster Fay Fay.
Blaqbonez claimed to have seen pure love in the states of Adamawa and Nasarawa and a brief glimpse in Akwa Ibom but insisted that it is nonexistent in Lagos.
I’ve seen real love in other states, he said. Like Nasarawa and Yola [Adamawa], I have seen a small amount in Akwa Ibom but never in Lagos.
According to the news, Blaqbonez revealed his girlfriend, Gbemi Daniel, through his social media sites in February of last year. He said keeping her hidden from the public was terrible since she stood by him when no one else did.
“Love is lovely when you find the perfect one,” Blaqbonez remarked while sharing a romantic video compilation of himself and Gbemi. It seems terrible to keep you a secret from the world.
