Professionals for Good Governance and Social Justice (PGGSJ) says President-elect Bola Tinubu of the All Progressive Congress (APC) cannot stand in court due to the number of irregularities in the February 25 presidential election.
Dr. Ben Chukwu, the group’s convener, stated in a statement that the group’s independent assessment of the February 25 presidential election found inconsistencies in INEC’s Lagos results.
Rivers, Edo, Plateau, Borno, Kaduna, Ekiti, and other locations in Nigeria.
The group claimed that from the investigation and analysis of Lagos state presidential election results from the IREV portal, Labour Party won APC with 178,411 votes, compared to INEC’s 10,000 votes, after returning obvious switched/altered votes to their rightful places, although most were not legible.
The group added that 23% were Blurred, Mutilated, Over-voted, Missing, and Unaccounted for. APC’s victory in Lagos must fit into something other than the above categories. So, the APC, INEC, and security operatives tampered with Labour Party results.
The group called on all well-meaning Nigerians, security agencies, and especially the Judiciary/judges to save Nigeria from inevitable disintegration and unimaginable crisis by rejecting the corruptly announced result, upholding the rule of law, and restoring justice to the suffering Nigerian masses.
“The February 25th Presidential Election tsunami is still lingering around every Nigerian both at home and in Diaspora,” the statement adds. Many Nigerians still need to understand why the INEC chairman defied all requests to respect the 2022 Electoral Act and INEC procedures when announcing election winners. Instead of withholding the pronouncement and confirming the IREV upload, he ordered all dissatisfied parties to proceed to court.
“INEC conducted Nigeria’s worst election again. After spending over N300 Billion in taxpayer money, the IREV server was shut down, preventing presiding officers from uploading results in real-time.
After the election, PROFESSIONALS FOR GOOD GOVERNANCE AND SOCIAL JUSTICE (PGGSJ) investigated what happened and who won the February 25th Presidential Election. PGGSJ chose Lagos State because it had 13,325 pooling units. Our discovery is a bombshell since we shared it here.
According to the inquiry, Labour Party won APC with 178,411 votes, not 10,000 as INEC claimed.
“The data also showed that 23% are blurred, mutilated, over-voted, absent, and unaccounted for. APC’s victory in Lagos must fit into something other than the above categories. So, the APC, INEC, and security operatives tampered with Labour Party results.
Considering the number of changes in Lagos results and similar changes in Rivers, Edo, Plateau, Bornu, Kaduna, Ekiti, Benue, and several other states, it would be a severe injustice, wickedness, extreme rascality, and unprecedented impunity to allow INEC’s Presidential election result to remain.
“We, therefore, call on all well-meaning Nigerians, Security agencies, and especially the judiciary/Judges to save Nigeria from inevitable disintegration and unimaginable crises by jettisoning that corruptly announced result, upholding the rule of law, and restoring justice to the pained Nigerian masses.
