Aproko Doctor, a health influencer, won the Force of Wellness category for the third year. He did this during Nigeria’s first-ever Trendupp Awards, which celebrated and honoured Nigeria’s top influencers, content producers, and companies. This exclusive event honoured courageous people on July 9th in the Balmoral Hall, Federal Palace Hotel on Victoria Island, Lagos.
The awards, hosted by influencer, content producer, and TV presenter Kie Kie (Bukunmi Adeaga-Ilori), were a night of excitement, acknowledgement, and gratitude. With an extraordinary roster of ninety-six candidates, sixteen champions across sixteen categories received gold statuettes for their outstanding efforts.
During the occasion, Trendupp Africa CEO Tiwalola Olanubi Jr. praised the candidates and winners for their devotion and hard work to Nigeria’s creative economy. Mr Macaroni won the night’s most prestigious award, “Force of Influence,” cementing his reputation as Nigeria’s top social media influencer between March 2022 and March 2023. Even better, Mikano Motors gave Mr. Macaroni a new automobile.
