The 15th annual Arise Women event, organised by Dr. Siju Iluyomade’s non-governmental organisation, generates excitement locally and internationally. The event was recognised for its positive impact on national development across all economic sectors.

This year’s #StepUp should be more fun, informative, and engaging. According to the information provided, many activities are planned to improve programmes. Awareness programmes will reveal the 15th edition special T-shirts with unique designs and the season’s theme, ‘StepUp.’

Despite financial difficulties, Dr. Siju, the event’s convener, has worked for years to improve the lives of the underprivileged. Dr. Siju will again ensure the success of all 2023 season activities.

The Arise Women initiative has touched thousands, including prominent Nigerians abroad. Regardless of faith or ethnicity, prominent business, political, entertainment, and religious figures have witnessed incredible humanitarian efforts during the event. The start of construction of the Arise Women International Centre, which will house conferences, vocational and skills acquisition, and empowerment academy centres, is this edition’s highlight. The building will have a women’s hospital, hotel and resort. The building commemorates Arise Women’s 15th anniversary.

On Saturday, October 14, Arise Walk For Life will kick off this season. On Friday, October 20, the Ikoyi Club hosts the Arise Golf Tournament, and on Saturday, October 21, the Onikan Stadium in Lagos Island hosts the Arise Football novelty match.

Trinity Towers and four other event centres along COD road, Dideolu Estate, Victoria Island, Lagos, will host the Arise Women Conference, which will draw thousands of people across Nigeria.

The organisers say 5,000 underprivileged participants will receive the Arise Food Basket.

Farmers will be empowered with fertilisers and seedlings.
