On Thursday, July 6, the pair delivered a joint statement declaring their divorce. It said;
“With love, respect, and dignity for our children and in recognition of the beautiful years we have spent together, we have chosen to dissolve our marriage.
Our top priority right now is to maintain a positive family dynamic and a relationship based on harmony and friendship so that we can continue raising our kids while still showing each other respect and love.
Daughter Lucia and boy Renn are the couple’s two young children; they are now divorced. Moreover, Ricky has two identical kids, Matteo and Valentino, whom he will continue raising alone. They were all delivered via surrogates.
In 2015, Ricky and Jwan connected on Instagram, and six months later, they met in London and started dating. During the 2016 amFAR Inspiration Gala, they made their official relationship public on the red carpet and got engaged that year. They got married after two years.
