Pleasant commemoration of Eid-ul-Kabir is sacred, according to the Zamfara NSCDC

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps’ Zamfara State Command said peaceful Sallah celebrations are sacred and sent 485 men to the state for Eid Kabir.

The command’s public relations officer, Mr Ikor Oche, said in a statement released on Sunday that Commandant Sani Mustapha had promised to provide the highest level of security before, during, and after the state’s Sallah celebration.

Sani Mustapha made this clear in the State Command Headquarters in Gusau when he delivered the operation order created for the Sallah coverage.

He believed that the safety and tranquilly of this year’s Eid Kabir celebration are sacred.

Thus, he underlined that no effort would be spared throughout this holy holiday.

The Corps, in cooperation with other sister agencies, is ready to turn Zamfara State into a state without crime, according to Commandant Sani Mustapha.

“Deployment has been undertaken to all corners of the State, including alleged dark regions,” the statement reads.

“The relevant units and the Department have been successfully mobilised to guarantee a celebration without hiccups.”

He issued a warning that Zamfara State would no longer be a haven for criminals and miscreants looking to hibernate there.

“Saboteurs who want to disrupt the state’s tranquilly at these times should go, as Zamfara State is no longer a shelter for troublemakers,” the statement reads.

Nonetheless, Commandant Sani Mustapha urged the people to be on guard and report any suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.

Thus, Commandant Sani Mustapha wishes all Muslims in Zamfara State a happy Sallah festival.
