Malik Ado Ibrahim, the 2023 presidential candidate of the Youth Progressive Party, YPP, and creator of the Reset Nigeria Initiative, has recovered from his defeat in the 2023 presidential election. The lawmaker, who is also an exceptional polo player and race driver, did not receive enough votes to rank him among the top four candidates who had an advantage in the just finished election.
Following his defeat in the polls, he discreetly departed from politics and returned to his company. He recently inked an agreement with Turksat Satellite Communication in Turkey to launch his own digital cable provider, Next TV Digital, which includes Next TV and Satellite.
Next TV Digital will operate in Nigeria and certain West African nations, providing digital broadcast, financial services, broadband internet access, and television and film content through the internet. Nigeria’s and Africa’s greatest and brightest minds in information technology and entertainment are already on board to make Ado-ambition Ibrahim’s a reality.
Ado-Ibrahim is progressively developing a conglomerate like his father-in-law, Mohammed Indimi, who is one of the world’s wealthiest men, with this new addition to his increasing list of firms. Indidmi owns Oriental Energy Resources Ltd, one of Nigeria’s biggest indigenous oil and gas businesses.
He created a 100-unit home development for Internally Disdisposed Persons in Born State on his own. Ado-Ibrahim is also the heir apparent of one of Nigeria’s most recognized families. His father, Alhaji Dr Abdul Rahman Ado Ibrahim, is a traditional ruler and the revered Ohinoyi of Ebiraland in Kogi State.
