Libianca explained the inspiration for the song in a recent interview:
I had put that song on the album when I was at my lowest. I thus suffer from Cyclothymia, a mood disease. Hence, you experience highs and lows. Even while it’s not particularly manic and not too severe, the lows are nonetheless awful.

I was thus experiencing it at the moment. I said, “I don’t know how much of this I can take,” at that point. It’s becoming absurd. I was definitely having trouble.
