Israel Adesanya discussed his personal path of questioning spirituality on a podcast presented by Logan Paul.
He wondered who created the heavenly being in charge of creating the world, and this led him to focus his investigation on the beginnings of God. Around the age of seven, Adesanya’s upbringing was when this perplexing question first surfaced.
Despite coming from a devout family and waiting to receive appropriate responses, Adesanya recalls asking his Sunday school instructor about this important topic. He persisted in asking his parents, housemates, and even his aunt for explanations, but none of them were able to do so convincingly.
Adesanya laughed as he reflected on his constant quest for knowledge, recalling how his aunt had forewarned him of the dangers of his constant inquiry, saying it might make him insane.
Adesanya eventually developed mistrust about the wisdom and authority of the adults in his environment as a result of the incident, which began to take root throughout his formative years.
