Reece James has spoken out following Chelsea’s commanding victory against Everton. Cole Palmer’s heroics propelled Mauricio Pochettino’s team to a resounding 6-0 triumph at Stamford Bridge on Monday night, reigniting the Blues’ hopes of securing a spot in the Europa League.

While the 21-year-old midfielder managed to level the playing field with Erling Haaland in the race for the Premier League Golden Boot, Nicolas Jackson and Noni Madueke grabbed attention for all the wrong reasons. The pair were caught in a heated dispute over a penalty decision in the second half.

After a heated exchange, Jackson reluctantly agreed to let Madueke take the spot-kick. However, Palmer swiftly intervened, snatching the ball away from the former PSV Eindhoven winger amidst Conor Gallagher’s intervention.

Tempers flared as Jackson attempted to wrestle the ball back from the former Manchester City player. Undeterred, Palmer calmly placed the ball on the penalty spot and successfully converted, securing his fourth goal of the game.
