First Bank GMD receives a JBC honour

Sola Adeduntan, the group managing director of First Bank of Nigeria, has won the Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes associate member Jericho Businessmen Club’s President Distinguished Personality Award. There was an award ceremony in Ibadan, Oyo State, on Saturday, May 20, 2023.

Adeduntan was chosen for the award after a thorough assessment of his contribution to the advancement of the team and the city of Ibadan in all sectors of life, according to a statement from JBC given to Society Plus. He was also defined as someone dedicated to extending and elevating the Olubadan crown and the people of Ibadan throughout the world.

“The JBC, your club, profoundly appreciates your personal and corporate (through the FBN group) financial support for our activities and programmes at all times,” the award’s organisers said in reference to Adeduntan. We are incredibly proud to work with you.

“Your good contribution to improving the enterprises, careers, and chieftaincy lineage of deserving members likewise merits its due recognition,” the letter continues.
