The week I created the song, I felt a lot. I was primarily upset over those I trusted betraying me. Throughout the years, I had grown tired of a lot and needed quiet more.

I thought it out and wrote it down, and the song is profound to me. Family—not just biological relatives but strangers we connect with. “If you’re not my family, don’t cover it,” the NSB Entertainment signee tells Guardian Life.
