Billy Graham, a “Superstar” in the WWE Hall of Fame, is currently on life support, and his family has said that his condition is critical.
The bodybuilder and wrestler’s wife, Valerie, informed the public on Monday, May 15, of her husband’s health situation. She stated:
“Please, my spouse needs your prayers urgently. Tonight, the doctors planned to turn off his life support. I declined.
“He is a fighter, and although his body is weak, his will is powerful. Our hope is in God.
Graham, 79, is suffering from “a multitude of very significant health conditions,” according to a GoFundMe campaign put up for him. He has spent more than three weeks in the intensive care unit.
The formerly famous bodybuilder has hearing loss, congestive heart failure, diabetes, and a severe infection in his ears and skull. His relatives reported that he had just shed 45 pounds.
Graham gained notoriety while competing for the American Wrestling Association and later the World Wrestling Federation.
Graham, who coached wrestlers like Hulk Hogan, Jesse Ventura, Scott Steiner, and Ric Flair, was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2004.
