Unruly actions of Bayern München supporters
Bayern Munich, the defending Bundesliga champion, has been fined €115,600 ($126,810) by the sports court of the German Football Association (DFB) for improper behaviour by their supporters during a league game.
The DFB said on Monday that up to €38,500 might be spent for expenditures in security or infrastructure measures.
Bayern supporters threw at least 104 fireworks during and after the March 4 Bundesliga match against VfB Stuttgart.
Also, they launched two rockets into the field, which caused the game to be stopped for one minute, according to the DFB.
