The Nigerian Tulip International Colleges (NTIC) have honored former presidents Muhammadu Buhari and Goodluck Jonathan with the ‘Most Supporting Individual’ award. This recognition, along with other awards, was presented during NTIC’s 25th anniversary celebration in Abuja.

During the ceremony, NTIC’s Managing Director, Feyzullah Bilgin, reflected on the institution’s journey, noting its humble beginnings in Abuja with just eight students and 12 staff members. Bilgin emphasized NTIC’s steadfast dedication to providing inclusive educational opportunities to young Nigerians.

Bilgin highlighted the importance of education in societal progress and discussed NTIC’s commitment to offering a comprehensive education through the implementation of both the Nigerian and Cambridge Curricula. This dual approach has allowed students to excel globally in academic disciplines such as Sciences, Mathematics, and Arts, as well as achieve notable success in sports, embodying NTIC’s holistic educational philosophy.

The Minister of State for Youth Development, Ayodele Olawande, praised NTIC, stating, “With the gift of quality education and personal/character development NTIC has provided over the past 25 years, its contributions to the Nigerian education system undeniably represent a significant part of our nation’s history.”
