A doctor has expressed interest in helping the Happie Boys, so there is cause for optimism.
Doctor Ochu Daniel Ogechukwu criticised Omega Power Ministries (OPM) leader Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere for cursing the boys in a Facebook post on Tuesday, June 13.
The goal of Dr Ochu Daniel Ogechukwu is to assist the Happie Boys.

The Nigerian humanitarian working overseas criticised the pastor for acting like a deity, claiming that the funds he utilised for the boys and his family came from offerings and tithes rather than from his own funds.
Dr Daniel made a plea on social media for anybody who knew the boys to tell them to get in touch with him. He said that he would then give the boys to his friend, a personal doctor to the president of Cyprus, so they could finish their education.
He also said that he might connect them with others. He stated:
Nobody has the authority to curse God’s creations. (Very carefully read your Bible or Koran (Quran)).
“How inhumane of you to curse a fellow human being. You are not using your money to support them and provide for your children. It’s money for the church that people have given through tithes and offerings.
Can you even offer someone your own naira?
“I [email protected] to witness individuals acting like gods.
“Please, if anyone knows these guys, get them to get in touch with me so I can give them to my acquaintance, who serves as the personal physician to the president of that nation, to assist them in setting up their connections and education.
If people were God, Hmmm.”

According to THE TALK, the Happie Boys have provided additional details about their encounter with the OPM preacher who cursed them.NG, who first reported this.
The guys said they were only given help for six months after being promised a 100% scholarship and posting the pastor’s voicemail on Instagram.
They claimed that after they initially complained to the priest about their difficulties, he advised them to wait another six months.
They claim that the pastor complained that the increase in the dollar made it more difficult for him to continue sponsoring scholarships. The Happie Boys claimed they waited and listened, but the pastor provided little encouragement.
