Nigerian DJ Bella, also known as Annabella Anuoluwa Sani, is embarking on a historic endeavour to claim the Guinness World Record for the longest non-stop DJ performance, aiming for an impressive 250 hours of continuous play.

The current record stands at 51 hours, achieved by Belgian DJ Mark Ursa in Salvador, Brazil, in June 2020. DJ Obi, also known as Obinna Ajuonuma, reportedly completed a 240-hour marathon in Lagos, although Guinness World Records has yet to confirm this achievement.

Drawing on her 16 years of experience, DJ Bella is driven by passion and determination to make her mark in the industry and pave the way for female DJs. In an exclusive interview with Skabash, DJ Bella’s sister, Vivian, disclosed that this ambitious endeavour had been in the works long before the recent surge in record-breaking attempts.
