Margaret Obi, the spouse of Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s presidential candidate in the most recent election, visited Chef Hilda Baci while she was seeking to break the Guinness World Record for Marathon Cooking.
In an effort to beat Chef Lata Tondon’s record of 87 hours and 45 minutes, a young Nigerian chef from Akwa Ibom State, who runs the food company “My Food by Hilda,” is cooking nonstop.
On Monday, May 15, Hilda, who started cooking on Thursday, May 11, is anticipated to succeed. She has prepared more than 2,800 portions of more than 115 dinners.
Margaret Obi made friends with South-South state residents and other young people at the event while there to support Hilda, who is also from her home state of Akwa Ibom.
